There will be Periodical Test & Two examinations (Half-Yearly& Annual). Syllabus of the exams will be announced inadvance. Besides these exams, the subject teachers, on aregular basis, will also conduct class tests / achievementstest etc.

Promotion:

Promotion to higher class depends upon:

1) Regularity in attendance

2) Quality of day-to-day participation in class.

3) Written work and projects assigned by the subjectteacher.

4) Satisfactory performance at the class tests.

5) Achievements in each subject will be indicated by anumber grade. Grade-l indicates Excellent (A), Grade-2indicates Very Good (B), Grade-3 indicates Good (C),Grade-4 indicates Fair (D), Grade-5 indicates NeedImprovement (E), Grade-6 indicates Work Hard (F).

6) A Progress Report will be sent to Parents / Guardiansafter Half yearly examination. Parents / Guardians arerequested to sign the progress report and return it within3 days of its issue to verify the Guardian’s Signature.
