Games and Sports:

Games and sports help students fulfill fitness goals and maintain healthy weight. It also encourage healthy decision making such as not smoking & drinking. It also has hidden benefits of reducing stress and depression, lowering osteoporosis or breast cancer and so many health benefits.

In SNHSS, regular Yoga, Meditation, P.T. classes are taken. Outdoor games like Running, football and cricket etc are played and annual sports are held annually. There are arrangements of indoor games such as Chess, Ladder, Cone, Zigzag, Skipping; Badminton etc. are available in the school. Self-defense training for girls was also incorporated in the list of games and sports.The students also participate in the inter school competition in Cricket, football etc.
